Image Selection
We’ll make viewing your photos easy by organizing them into clear categories. For example, if we capture 3,500 images, we’ll highlight around 900 images and arrange them into sections such as Wedding Preview, Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Portraits, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Additional Images. You’ll still receive every image captured, ensuring nothing is missed.
Online Viewing Gallery
The selected images will be organized into categories and uploaded to a secure, password-protected online gallery. You will receive a code that can be shared with family and friends for access. The images will be available online for three months, with the option to extend this period if desired.
Image Enhancement
We enhance the color and contrast of all your files, staying true to your style and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent images.
Digital Files
Your images will be delivered as high-resolution, printable JPEG files without any watermarks. You will enjoy full rights to these images, free from any restrictions.
Highlight Cut
The Highlight Cut beautifully tells the story of your event through a captivating, cinematic video. With 6 hours of video coverage, your highlight reel will be approximately 4 to 6 minutes long, showcasing the most memorable moments of your day.
Extended Footage
We believe you should have access to all the footage captured on your wedding day. Included in the extended footage are full-length edits of the ceremony, speeches, and first dance, all color-corrected and set to sound. This ensures you have a more comprehensive view of your special day, preserving moments that might become even more cherished over time.
Multiple Cameras
Our videographers always bring multiple cameras. Whenever possible, we set up an additional camera to capture alternative angles, particularly during important moments like the ceremony, toasts, and first dance, providing a dynamic and professional final product.
Drone Coverage
If conditions allow for safe flying, drone footage is included at no extra charge, offering stunning aerial views to enhance your wedding video.
Yes, but we have you covered ;) You will incur a 22% admin fee through Wedgewood when a package is selected. To help offset this fee—and ultimately still save you 8% off our normal rates - we've discounted our standard pricing by 30% for all Wedgewood couples. Additionally, you'll receive a bonus dollar credit, which can be used toward any add-ons you may want, with the amount determined by the package you choose.
The package you select is paid through your Wedgewood contract and payment structure. Any add-ons beyond the package are paid directly through True. For add-ons, you can choose monthly, quarterly, half, or full payments, and no fees are charged for payment plans.
You will receive every photo taken in a high-resolution, downloadable format. Our approach is simple: if there's a picture to take, we take it—without worrying about the image count. All photos are enhanced for color and thoughtfully categorized.
While you’ll receive every image, this may include a few test shots, blurry images, or less-than-perfect pictures. This is a natural part of the creative process. Our main focus is to capture 80-100 truly incredible images that tell the story of your wedding day.
It’s important to remember that quality matters more than quantity. You’ll receive many more photos, but it’s often the standout images that couples cherish most. These are the ones that make it onto your walls or into your album, while the rest serve as bonus footage to complete your collection.
We pride ourselves on our very fast turnaround time! As a Wedgewood couple, you’ll receive your photos in half the normal time—within 10 business days—and your video within 30 business days of your wedding day. Depending on the time of year, it could be even faster!
One of the biggest advantages of working with our studio is our dedicated team. We start working on your files immediately after your wedding, ensuring they don’t sit in a queue for weeks or months. Our efficiency means you’ll be reliving your special day through beautiful photos and videos in no time!
Your bonus credit can be used for anything—from adding more coverage time and getting prints to scheduling an engagement shoot and more. This credit is an additional benefit for any extra services or products you’d like and cannot be applied toward your remaining balance. The bonus credit is available in your Account Login after you book.
We can assign your lead photographer as soon as a few days after booking or closer to your wedding day—the choice is entirely up to you and what feels most comfortable. By default, we connect you with your lead photographer about two months before your wedding.
The benefit of waiting until closer to your wedding date is that it allows us to assign the very best, most experienced photographer who is perfectly suited for your day, rather than choosing someone who is the best fit at this moment. It also gives you time to finalize the details of your day and solidify your timeline, ensuring the conversation with your photographer is as productive as possible.
No matter what, you always have a choice. Once we pair you with a lead photographer, you’ll have the chance to review their portfolio and chat with them. If, for any reason, the match is anything less than perfect, we’re more than happy to make adjustments to ensure you feel confident and excited about your photographer.
The videographer plays a different role than the photographer, with the photographer taking the lead in giving direction to the couple. Having one primary leader ensures a smooth and seamless collaboration between photography and videography. The videographer will then work closely on the wedding day alongside the lead photographer, capturing complementary footage.
Your direct communication before your wedding day will be specifically with your lead photographer. If you have specific requests for the videographer, please email us at [email protected], and we will make sure to note them. If you’d like to speak directly with your lead videographer before the wedding, just let us know—we are more than happy to accommodate!
You can cancel any add-ons directly through us by contacting [email protected]. If you have a remaining balance, the cost of the canceled add-on will be deducted from it. If your balance is fully paid, the canceled amount will be converted into a credit that you can use for any future services or products.
If you need to cancel your entire contract, please reach out to Wedgewood directly, as this will be subject to their terms and conditions.
The hours you have booked are continuous unless there is a break of four hours or more. This means that drive time between locations or downtime during dinner still counts toward your booked coverage. That being said, those in-between moments often provide some of the best opportunities for capturing additional creative images or behind-the-scenes moments.
Regarding staggering coverage between the lead and second photographer, they function as a team and divide responsibilities during the contracted hours. Since the second photographer is a fraction of the cost of the lead, their coverage must fall within the lead photographer’s start and stop time, but their exact hours do not have to match.
If you need just one photographer for additional time, this is possible at the lead photographer rate. For example, if your contract is from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm but you need coverage for a small 2:30 pm ceremony, we can accommodate that at the solo lead photographer rate.
If you’re looking to stagger coverage, such as one photographer from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm and the other from 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm, this would be billed as the lead photographer for seven hours (2:30 pm to 9:30 pm) and the second photographer for five hours (3:30 pm to 8:30 pm). Your engagement shoot can take place anywhere within the city limits of your wedding venue. If you’d like to go beyond the city limits, we’re happy to work with you to create a plan that fits your vision. Travel fees may apply if you’d like the same photographer for both your engagement shoot and wedding day. To help save on travel costs, we also offer the option of using a different True photographer for each. Just let us know what works best for you!
No, all payments must go through Wedgewood. Our partnership with Wedgewood offers you significant benefits, including a 30% lower rate compared to our standard pricing for non-Wedgewood weddings. Additionally, booking through Wedgewood allows you to receive credit dollars in your account, adding even more value. This partnership ensures you get the best pricing and experience a seamless booking process from start to finish.
Yes… with a creative workaround ;) The best approach is to book our minimum package to secure your date and ensure you have an amazing photographer reserved for your wedding. You can always up your package later. All payments are processed through Wedgewood, but it usually takes a few days for everything to register on their end before adding to your payment structure. If you decide to cancel, simply do so within 5 days, and you won’t incur any costs.
Yes, absolutely! If you’d like to apply an additional treatment to your photos, you can easily do so through your Account Login. For $295, you’ll receive a complete set of your images in both selected treatments, giving you even more variety and options to enjoy.
Our coverage time begins when we are scheduled on the timeline to capture the first image. We always arrive early to prepare our gear, scout locations, and get settled in—none of this prep time counts toward your booked hours. It's all part of providing a professional and seamless experience!
Raw files are an additional purchase. Raw files are the original, unedited, and unprintable files straight from the camera. They are large in size and contain the most detail and information, which allows our editors to make precise adjustments. Once edited, they are converted into high-resolution JPEG files that are printable and much easier to transfer and store.
Through our Image Archiving program, all of your JPEG files are securely stored on our server. Most of our clients find that they don’t need the Raw files, as these act like digital negatives. However, for those who are proficient in Photoshop or interested in doing their own editing, we offer Raw files as an optional add-on.
If you don’t plan on doing additional editing, you likely don’t need the Raw files. However, if you’d like the flexibility to edit in the future or simply want to keep them for archival purposes, it could be beneficial to purchase them.
We use top-of-the-line Nikon, Canon, and Sony mirrorless digital cameras, paired with a full range of lenses from wide-angle to telephoto. We shoot with high-quality flash cards and always back up your files for added security. Each photographer also brings two camera bodies to every event, ensuring we have backup gear ready to go at all times.
If we are allowed to fly, we’ll take to the skies! There are certain regulations and no-fly zones we must adhere to, and safety is always our priority. If we’re unable to fly in a specific area, we’ll often find an alternative spot to capture beautiful scenic shots or incorporate some of our previously captured stock footage.
Please note that drone coverage is only available if videography is included in your package. To avoid distracting your guests during the ceremony, we typically fly the drone at the very beginning of our coverage, ensuring we capture stunning aerial footage while keeping the focus on you.
Your jpg photo files are stored for 3 months following delivery or indefinitely if you remain enrolled in our Image Archiving Program. However, raw files are deleted after 3 months, regardless of archiving status.
Video files are also kept for 3 months. An important not is the Image Archiving Program only applies for photography and does not apply to video files. For long-term storage of video files, we recommend purchasing a portable hard drive through us. Your highlight video will remain accessible online for over a year.
You can always add time on the day of your wedding. About 20 minutes before your coverage is set to end, your lead photographer or videographer will check in with you to review what has been captured and what still needs to be covered based on your timeline and goals. You can then decide to add as much time as you’d like.
All billing will be processed after the wedding using the card on file, so you won’t need to worry about payments on your wedding day—just celebrate and enjoy every moment!
No, all the pictures and files you receive are completely free of watermarks and delivered in high resolution.
You can choose your preferred editing style to match the look and feel you want. Options include Light & Airy for soft, bright tones, Pop for added texture, contrast, and vibrancy, and Organic for a moodier feel with natural brown tones.
Yes, we retouch images for albums and prints ordered. For all other images, we apply image enhancement to ensure great color and contrast. Retouching involves more detailed work, like removing blemishes, cleaning up flyaway hairs, or eliminating distractions. Since retouching is a more intensive process, we focus this level of attention on the best images selected for prints and albums.

If you’d like to add videography to your existing photography package, there’s no need to change your entire package. Instead, log in to your account, click on "View or Add Package Options," then select "Videography Package Options" to easily add the video hours you need.
After booking, you’ll receive an Account Login where you can easily make changes or additions to your package. The most important step—securing your date with us—is already done, so there’s not much to do until a couple of months before your wedding.
We’ll send you a few helpful emails along the way with tips to ensure success on the photography and video side. About two months before your wedding, your lead photographer will reach out to finalize the timeline, discuss important family photos, and review any special dynamics.
On your wedding day, we’ll arrive early to prepare, scout locations, and ensure everything is ready to go. You can relax and enjoy the day knowing we’ve got it all covered!
